Product development
- Modernized app-lifecycle engineering by owning app onboarding; built automation that onboarded 50+ MAM-enabled apps and cut monthly effort from 10–15 hours to under 30 minutes.
- Redesigned the distributed App Groups workflow, restoring asynchronous targeting and backfilling missed assignments to preserve policy integrity.
- Designed the MAM API contract for an Edge adoption campaign reaching 2,000 critical customers.
Platform modernization
- Designed the architecture and implemented the modernization of Substrate delivery for Quiet Time policies across 2,300 tenants and 175,000 users, migrating policy delivery to a new API ahead of deprecation.
- Migrated service telemetry to R9 and OpenTelemetry, modernizing success-rate and latency monitoring.
- Converted 95 C# projects from CoreXT to SDK-style builds.
Reporting
- Designed and delivered MAM ReportingV2 end to end across data models, APIs, and UX, achieving sub-five-second p95 query latency at multi-million-row scale and enabling Copilot queries in Intune Explorer.

- Standardize operations through TSGs, runbooks, and repeatable service procedures.
- Serve one-week On-Call Engineer (OCE) rotations every six weeks, leading high-severity investigations and cross-team mitigation.
